nice post jason! i think that is the essence of being human…..finding happiness in the day to day just being ourselves…..pure, simple, honest. as a yoga teacher i find that peace/harmony on my mat, but the journey to find it in my everyday life is a challenge. thanks for your honesty, and i look forward to reading more about your own experiences. be well, be happy! ericka 🙂

Noticed in your blog that everywhere around the world thought about “happiness” was more about “achievements” in our prospective career….and we never thought about the simple things in our life as happiness. I learned mine too the same way that now Iam able to share with rest of people that “happiness” is all around us rather than all the “selfish” achievements we can always make.
