Recently I was privileged to attend the Kalachakra Initiation for World Peace with H.H. the 14th Dalai Lama in Washington, D.C. The event included five (5) days of teachings from His Holiness, and three (3) days of initiation and empowerment. I personally found the five days of teachings to be some of the most profound and enlightening days of my life.
I was joined by people from around the world, and personally got to know some great people from Australia, England, France, India, Japan, New Zealand, and Ukraine. It was both humbling and moving to be part of such an event.
For the next few weeks I will be writing some posts based on my notes from the teachings, so stay tuned!
For now here are some photos:

As ironic as it is, I am so amazingly jealous that you had this experience… I do not practice Tibetan Buddhism in any form, but one cannot deny the amazing power of H.H. the Dalai Lama.
Many , many thanks for sharing this…
